Modern Slavery Act 2015 – Policy Statement

Clarity Outsourcing Group “Clarity” is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chain.

1. Our Commitment

We operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We will not tolerate any form of forced labour, human trafficking, bonded or child labour within our organisation or that of our suppliers.

2. Our Business & Supply Chain

Clarity provides neutral vendor and workforce solutions across sectors including healthcare, construction, logistics, hospitality, and public services.

Our supply chain consists of agencies, suppliers across the UK and Europe. We recognise that modern slavery can occur at any level and we commit to prevent it proactively.

3. Policies & Due Diligence

We’ve embedded modern slavery considerations into our procurement and onboarding processes:

  • All new and existing agency/supplier partners confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
  • We perform risk-based due diligence, covering country of origin, worker protections, right-to-work, and employment terms.
  • Our Neutral Vendor model ensures transparency: all labour providers must meet our ethical standards before engagement.

4. Training & Awareness

We provide regular training and communications for staff and partners on:

  • Identifying signs of forced labour and trafficking
  • Raising concerns or suspicions through internal or anonymous whistleblowing routes
  • Reporting obligations under the Modern Slavery Act

5. Risk Assessment & Management

We review our operational and supply chain risks annually, focusing especially on:

  • High-risk sectors and geographies
  • Temporary and contracted workforce vulnerabilities
  • Sub-contracted supply chains
We implement tailored mitigation actions—such as supplier audits, enhanced onboarding checks, and periodic reviews.

6. KPIs & Effectiveness

We monitor performance using:

  • % of suppliers who have confirmed their policy commitment
  • Maintenance of modern slavery clauses in contracts
  • Number of staff trained on modern slavery awareness
  • Reported or remediated concerns or incidents
We report progress annually to our Board and make updates to our statement available publicly.

7. Governance & Accountability

Responsibility for Clarity’s approach sits with the CEO and Board.

This statement is made in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applies to the financial year ending 2025.
