Having successfully developed and led managed services operations within FTSE 100 companies, PLCs, private equity-backed, and privately owned organisations, Andrew brings a rare combination of commercial acumen and strategic vision.

In 2025, Andrew led a successful Management Buyout (MBO) of HireGenics UK to form Clarity Outsourcing Group, marking a bold new chapter in outsourced workforce management. As CEO, he now drives the strategic growth of Clarity, delivering transparent, scalable, and people-centric workforce solutions across a wide range of sectors — from regulated industries and essential services to commercial and customer-facing environments.

Prior to founding Clarity, Andrew transformed Geometric Results Inc. (GRI) into a market-leading force in Europe. His leadership excellence has been recognised globally — named as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Europe by Staffing Industry Analysts, and awarded both European CEO of the Year and Game Changer of the Year by Global 100. He was also named Director of the Year – Large Business by the NW Institute of Directors.

Andrew is a published thought leader, with his insight “Doing Business After Brexit: A Practical Guide to the Legal Changes” featured by Bloomsbury Professional. His continued focus is on building value-driven, future-ready outsourcing models that align with compliance, innovation, and long-term client success.

Denise Turnbull is a highly accomplished senior leader with over two decades of experience in workforce management, particularly across recruitment, healthcare and retail sectors. 

Denise has a proven track record of driving growth, improving performance and leading large-scale, complex organisational transformations.

Denise has worked closely with CEO, Andrew Preston, and the senior leadership team in previous roles, where she was instrumental in delivering business growth and operational success within a market-leading neutral vendor environment. Denise’s extensive experience includes leading multi-million-pound operations, delivering service models at scale and playing key roles in acquisitions, exits and transformation programmes; consistently ensuring strong governance, compliance and commercial outcomes.

As COO of Clarity Outsourcing Group, Denise oversees operational strategy, service delivery and governance across the business – recognised for her ability to build high-performing teams, implement scalable frameworks and align operations with commercial objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Joe James is a strategic technology leader with over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment and workforce solutions sector. Joe brings strong technical expertise and commercial focus, delivering growth through technology, data and product innovation – with particular experience in private equity-backed, scalable environments serving global clients.

Joe has previously worked with CEO Andrew Preston and the senior leadership team within a market-leading neutral vendor environment, playing a critical role in supporting business growth through the development of innovative technology platforms.

As a senior executive, Joe has defined and delivered technology and product strategies for large-scale SaaS platforms, simultaneously supporting significant client spend and global user bases. Joe has scaled engineering and product teams, delivered international expansion programmes and driven cloud and AI-enabled innovation.
