Andrew Preston is a highly respected workforce solutions leader with a wealth of international experience and a proven track record in transforming staffing businesses across the UK, EMEA, and APAC. Having successfully developed and led managed services operations within FTSE 100 companies, PLCs, private equity-backed, and privately owned organisations, Andrew brings a rare combination of commercial acumen and strategic vision.

In 2025, Andrew led a successful Management Buyout (MBO) of HireGenics UK to form Clarity Outsourcing Group, marking a bold new chapter in outsourced workforce management. As CEO, he now drives the strategic growth of Clarity, delivering transparent, scalable, and people-centric workforce solutions across a wide range of sectors — from regulated industries and essential services to commercial and customer-facing environments.

Prior to founding Clarity, Andrew transformed Geometric Results Inc. (GRI) into a market-leading force in Europe. His leadership excellence has been recognised globally — named as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Europe by Staffing Industry Analysts, and awarded both European CEO of the Year and Game Changer of the Year by Global 100. He was also named Director of the Year – Large Business by the NW Institute of Directors.

Andrew is a published thought leader, with his insight “Doing Business After Brexit: A Practical Guide to the Legal Changes” featured by Bloomsbury Professional. His continued focus is on building value-driven, future-ready outsourcing models that align with compliance, innovation, and long-term client success.

Emma Holland is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience leading finance functions across fast-paced, high-growth organisations. She trained with PwC, progressing to management before moving into commercial finance roles within the retail and workforce sectors.

Before joining Clarity, Emma held senior finance leadership positions in a market-leading neutral vendor business, where she played a pivotal role in its private equity-backed MBO, scaling operations, and preparing the company for a successful exit to a global workforce group. Following this, she served as a senior finance leader within a major staffing organisation, overseeing operations across Europe and playing a key role in commercial planning, compliance, and post-deal integration.

As CFO of Clarity Outsourcing Group, Emma is responsible for shaping and executing the business’s financial strategy and driving robust governance. She brings strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset to her role, providing vital insight to the executive team and board during key growth phases and transformation programmes.

Her leadership continues to underpin Clarity’s vision to deliver trusted, data-driven workforce solutions to clients across the UK and Europe.

Denise Turnbull is a results-oriented senior leader with over two decades of experience in the workforce management space. She specialises in turnaround strategies, operational transformation, and driving performance across the recruitment, healthcare, and retail sectors.

Before joining Clarity, Denise held senior operational leadership roles across a number of fast-paced service organisations, where she was instrumental in managing multi-million-dollar operations, implementing complex service delivery models, and leading large-scale transformation programmes. She has supported businesses through acquisitions, exits, and periods of significant change, ensuring continuity, compliance, and commercial impact throughout.

As COO of Clarity Outsourcing Group, Denise is responsible for operational strategy, service delivery, and governance across the business. Her expertise spans performance improvement, workforce compliance, and operational scalability, ensuring the business remains responsive, client-focused, and built for sustainable growth.
