Were you previously called HireGenics?
Yes. We were previously known as HireGenics UK. We have now rebranded as Clarity Outsourcing Group to better reflect our mission and the value we deliver. While our name has changed, everything else remains the same: the team, the service, and the commitment to helping you manage your workforce with clarity and confidence.
What is a Neutral Vendor MSP model?
A Neutral Vendor is a type of Managed Service Provider (MSP) that manages your temporary and contract workforce without favouring any one agency. It ensures all suppliers have equal opportunity to fill roles, driving competitive rates, improved fulfilment, and full visibility of spend.
How does this differ from a Master Vendor model?
Unlike a Master Vendor model, where one agency fills most roles and may outsource to others, a Neutral Vendor does not supply staff directly. Instead, we manage a panel of approved agencies and ensure fair distribution of roles based on performance, not preference.
What areas do you cover?
We provide full UK-wide coverage and support clients across Europe. Whether you have a single location or operate across multiple countries, our scalable model can flex to meet your needs.
Who will look after my contract?
You will be supported by a dedicated contract and performance manager, based in the UK, who will guide you every step of the way. Our experienced team is hands-on, proactive, and committed to making the partnership a success from day one.
Will I lose control of my current suppliers?
Not at all. You remain in control of which agencies are used. We work with your preferred suppliers where appropriate and supplement them with additional support as needed — all under one managed, compliant agreement.
Can we use our existing agencies?
Yes. We can integrate your existing suppliers, subject to basic due diligence and agreeing to the service levels and terms. This allows continuity and builds on existing relationships within a structured framework.
How do you ensure supplier performance?
We continuously track fill rates, time-to-fill, compliance, and quality through robust KPIs and dashboards. We do this via our supplier excellent framework.
Is your solution scalable across sites and departments?
Yes. Our platform and service model are designed to scale from single-site operations to multi-region or national footprints.
What technology do you use?
We offer a secure, cloud-based vendor management system (VMS) to automate requests, timesheets, invoicing, and reporting. It can integrate with existing systems and gives real-time visibility of your contingent workforce.
Can this support IR35 and AWR compliance?
Yes. Our solution ensures workers are engaged in line with IR35, AWR, GLAA, and other UK-specific workforce regulations — with automated checks and documentation at each step.
